I/We authorize the User entity/ Corporate/YES Bank to debit my/our account based on the instruction as agreed and authorized by me/us.
I/We have understood that I/We are authorized to cancel/ amend this mandate by appropriately communicating the cancellation/ amendment request to user entity/Corporate or the bank where I have authorized the debit.
I/We confirm that this authorization will override any other previous authorization /consent given by me/us to debit my/our account and the bank (where I have authorized the debit) shall act in accordance with the authorization given by me/us under this request.
I/We confirm the accuracy and correctness of the details in the mandate including name, account number and other details included therein.
I/We agree and acknowledge that YES Bank shall in no way be responsible or liable for any loss incurred by me/us as a result of such information being provided in the mandate and for carrying out debit basis such information/details provided. Further, I/we shall keep YES Bank indemnified against any loss, claim or damages that it may have to incur/ suffer due to any erroneous or inaccurate details being provided by me/us in the mandate.
